f the user sends in his requests information personal and contact data of any third party, he acknowledges that this transaction represents a processing of personal data with respect to which the user stands as independent Owner, assuming all the obligations and responsibilities envisaged from the Privacy Code. In this sense, the user guarantees to the Data Controller that any data of third parties has been acquired by the same user in full compliance with the Privacy Code (also in writing and documented consent issued by the third party). The user confers on this point the widest indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim, claim damages from treatment, which should be received by the Data Controller from any third party concerned due to the provision of data indicated by the user in violation of the rules on protection of personal data.
